I am Pamloof, or Pam - a selftaught fanartist based in Munich, Germany, focusing on intimate and emotionally impactful (fan-)art. I've graduated with a general degree for art from my 13th grade and with years of continuous study and practice, since 2019, I plan to further specialise in illustrations and minicomics.

With my knowledge I offer both erotic and commercial artworks. My experience so far stems from single person-projects, including working for Internet personalities like OneTopicataTime or SaltytheAlien. Since roughly 4 years I offer commissions now for both private and business clients at reasonable prices.

Why not Paypal?
-> Paypal has been softlocking incoming/outgoing payments since a while now and in order to not risk my payment getting softlocked / lost somehow, I prefer payment through a third party that pays me out.For commissions via VGen: Payment on VGen commissions happen through VGen only, as that is mandatory in their ToS.

ToS - Terms of Service:

  • Topics:

> Despite being a nsfw artist with a large tolerance for kinks, any fetishes/kinks involving minors, animals, unconsenting third parties, scat, vore and innards are refused on the spot.> Religiously incentivised, political, discriminatory or ethically(morally problematic topics are refused on the spot, especially if they involve Nazis. Nazis können sich in den Arsch ficken gehen, Punkt. As a german citizen, I will not tolerate any sort of faschism around me.> Hatespeech within the art or in the commissioners' treatment with me will get instantly refused and the commissioner possibly banned from commissioning me.

  • Cancellation:

> Both parties have the right to cancel at any time. A cancelation at any time will result in money being refunded. Depending on the weight of the situation, the refund will be between 70 or 100%.> It is highly adviced to cancel before the finishing process to avoid causing problems for the artist. The sketch process if always free, so cancelling during that period will save up on the refunding process.

  • Copyright:

> Pamloof will own the copyright to all her artpieces at all times. Copyright CANNOT be bought. Selling artworks from me without my permission or previous arrangements of such, are prohibited and counted as copyright infringement.
> Unless under special cirumstances, I, the artist, will keep the privilege to keep the watermark on an artwork. Removing of such without my permission, violates against my ToS and will get you banned from commissioning me permanently, plus I will use my platforms to reclaim my artworks.> Private use of my artworks (f.e. For tattoos or making sticker for your personal home journal, etc.), should they not involve any monetary interest from the commissioner's side, is permitted.

  • Additional:

> Should I harbour any unsavoury suspicions towards the commission or the commissioner's person, I have the right to refuse the commission at any time. Respect me, be kind to me and don't discriminate me - basic human decency is a must!
> Halting of the commissioning process is possible at any time of the prcoess up to 2 months pause. After 2 months I will inquire on the commission's status and cancel/continue the process.
> It is highly adviced, for optimal results, to provide with references wether that be for inspiration that should be considered, poses, and such. For commissions about an Original Character, references are required. (Can't draw what I don't know so please include as much material as you think is necessary).
