I have created commissions several times in the past, sometimes even for online personalities like: Saltythealien or TheClick.
My experience reaches up to 6 years of continuously drawing, starting in 2018, for social media, private commissions and personal functions.

How do I calculate my prices?
My hourly price is 15€/hour. The average rate of hours x 15€, equals the final price.
As I am europe based and I am doing this on the side, there won't be any hidden taxes.
There will be a cancellation fee of 20€ / 20$, when you decide to cancel your commission after payment.-
Payment is to be made per Stripe, or alternatively Kofi, after receiving the final approved sketch.

• (Hyper-) Realism tattoodesignsAnything not mentioned in either of the sections, can be discussed with the artist. The artist will decide wether they want to accept the request or not.
Terms of service: (Trigger warning)
1. Topics
a) As I am a nsfw artist, I have no problem with nudity and sexual requests. If they speak of criminal activities such as: Rape, sexual harrassment and further on, I will refuse to continue the process.
b) Religious topics that involve anything criminal, or criminal religious signs will lead to a termination of the request.
c) Political requests of any sort will lead to a termination of the request.
d) Phobic views and hatespeech will lead to a termination of the request and possibly ban of commissioning me2. Cancellation
a) Both sides of the process, meaning, artist and contractor, are capable of terminating the request at any point, for any given reason.
b) A cancellation fee of 20€ / 20$ will be charged if the workprocess has started. A refund of 100%-20€/$ will be given. If the artist decides the reason of cancellation is pressing enough, the cancellation fee of 20 falls away.
c) Has the workprocess not yet begun, no fee will be charged. Nor will a refund be needed / given.3. Copyright
a) If you commission my art, all rights are reserved. You are not allowed to use it for I. Further use in Artificial programs that need images as data II. Other clients, e.g. You cannot sell my work down to others like friends, family, coworkers, or any other social contacts, while claiming it as yours.
Your commission is for personal use. IN CERTAIN CASES I, THE ARTIST, WILL STATE THAT A COPYRIGHT FEE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED!
If you wish to get my artwork tattooed, showing it to your tattoo-artist is naturally, fine.
b) I will use your commission, however I want. Should you want to keep your commission private because, e.g.: You commission me for merch and want to release the design on your own terms. State so in the beginning of the process. I, the artist, will happily oblige if communicated beforehand. If not, it will be displayed commercially, publicly and even personally. Mainly for: 1. Building my online portfolio. 2. Examplework in my commission sheet.
c) Shall you be interested in buying the copyright, a fee of an additional 170€ will be charged. If this is in the contractors, your, interest, you shall state so in the beginning of the process. If the copyright is bought, any and all rights of the artwork will go over to the commissioner, you. Any commercial use without credit is allowed. You will be sent an original procreate file and a .jpeg file. Artficial reuse, like AI programs which need image based data, however will not be allowed and cannot be removed per fee from the copyright.
A watermark can, but most not, be added to the finalised product if the copyright fee has not been paid. However the artist, will check for proper credit of oneself. If no credit is giving the artist, me, will naturally make use of their copyrights.4. General
a) Respect me as a human. I will only work during official working hours during the week, Monday-Friday. Patience will be needed. A proper quality of your commission can only then be assured.
b) Should the process need to be delayed, regardless of what reason, I shall inform you so and update you on the current workprocess status per a so called: "wip". I will resume working as soon as the cause of delay has been resolved.
c) Should the contractor ask for a halt of the process, I will oblige for no charge in the first 2 months. Should the wait be longer than 2 months, so shall the process be cancelled and previous Terms of service apply. (View 2. Cancellation)
d) As I, the artist, am part of minority groups of our society, I will not hesitate to cancel your commission if you disrespect my gender-identity, sexual orientation, race or disability. Ableism, transphobia, hatespeech and racism is not welcomed.
If a cancellation due these reasons is necessary, previously mentioned terms of service will apply.

a) All of my artwork will come with a watermark. Removal of such is considered copyright infringement. Infringement will result in a permanent ban of commissioning me. For Copyright, read 3. Copyright.By commissioning me, Pamloof, you have read the terms of service and agree to them. Should you infringe any of those, consequences will apply and a notice of the ToS will be resent, as a reminder.
Last: Should you infringe the ToS three times in a row, you will be permanentally banned from commissioning me. Should you switch accounts or identities to deceive me and I will notice so, the consquence repeats.
